I reached out to simeca after my newborn stopped feeding at my breast. The consultation was a real eye opener and I learned so much and right now we are going to be working on getting him back on the breast. She gave great tips so I wouldn't ruin my nipples with cracks any further. The titty balm and tender titty soak are amazing and they do work. Would recommend to anybody breastfeeding. At the end of my consultation, I measured for the correct flanges for my pump and got great tips on nipple care and transitioning to bottle without causing nipple confusion.
